Darren, your manager from the Chineham branch was the true professional, from helping us decide on the design, to keeping in touch throughout the whole process, a true credit to your company.
Your building team of Jimmie and Chris (the ground/base installation guys) were excellent and considerate in leaving things clean and tidy each day.
Both Darren and Callum, and whom erected the conservatory, were the best tradesman we have come across in the trade, being very customer focused, courteous and obliging throughout, they were very accommodating and their workmanship was to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending your company to both family and friends.
The highlight was the fact that you completed the works on the date promised, a rarity in the trade"

"Dear Sirs, I live by the A340 in Tadley so you will understand when I say how amazed I am at how quiet my house has become since your beautiful doors and windows have been fitted.
I am very impressed with Darren's help and guidance, no pressure or pushiness like other salesmen. John your surveyor was very patient with me, he didn't patronise me when I asked questions.
Your fitters Brian and Andy were brilliant and they clearly take pride in their work, they were cheerful, quick, clean and very tidy clearing up as they went. That's a first for me!.

"We were quite surprised that our new doors were ready for installation so soon (17 days from survey to installation?) Your fitters arrived nice and early and got straight on with the job, 2 coffees and 2 1/2 hours job done brilliantly. Very pleased with our new doors."

"14 windows plus front and back door"
"We had 14 windows plus front and back door fitted by Academy. From the start I found the person I dealt with from the Basingstoke branch friendly and helpful with a great attention to detail. His initial consultancy visit was quick and factual with none of the sales pressure one usually associates with windows companies. We went with Academy after receiving quotes from four different local companies. In the end I decided on Academy as, although they matched the quote of another company with almost identical products, his quick responses to my many questions and great communication overall convinced me that we'd be in safe hands with them. We were not let down. Our two window fitters have just finished today and we are thrilled with the results. They were friendly, efficient, tidy and as unobtrusive as they could be. We were told to try Academy by some friends who had also had excellent service and we would whole heartedly pass on the same recommendation."
