Visit to offices to collect an undelivered itrm from 6 months ago Offices SHUT AND EMPTY
No delivery and no explanation
No delivery and no explanation. Not one for writing reviews but have to in this instance. Paid them £360 for a collection and delivery to Northern Ireland 9th November 2020 which was a £60 overpayment they said accounts department will sort it which they never did. They eventually after 1 month collected it. They have yet to deliver it to me now 11th feb 2021. I have no tracking number for it sent countless emails if they can't deliver to let me organise another courier no reply. They do not answer there 0844 number. They do not reply to emails They do not answer the mobile number 07704 485275. I'm left with no machine to do my work and out quite a few £1000 now.
