When enquiring today about a suitable cough medicine for my 2 1/2 year old grandchild stating that they had a loose chesty cough I was dvised that I could not buy any product and doctors would advise that the child should "cough it out". I was both shocked and appalled at this advice. I was then advised what not to feed my grandchild and told menthal oils . May help .........I then attended another local chemist gave them the same information regarding my grandchild and a product was discused and puchased. The chemist was somewhat surprised by the response I had received from Sainsburys pharmacy service believe it to be part of the Lloyds pharmacy group staff member. I do wonder what if any training Lloyd staff receive.
